  • Wellness coaching is a transformative process designed to empower individuals to make lasting positive changes to their health and well-being. It all begins with a complimentary 20 minute discovery call, where we take the opportunity to acquaint ourselves, discuss the changes you aspire to make, and address any questions you may have about both the coaching process and me.

  • Upon deciding to collaborate, our initial session will revolve around identifying your strengths and envisioning your ideal life. We aim to uncover the disparities between your current state and your future aspirations. I won't dictate what you should do; after all, you are the authority on your own journey.

    Perhaps there’s a gap between your daily life and the self you envision. You desire to impact others, serve, and attain optimal health and well-being. In the subsequent weeks, we'll work together to pinpoint hidden barriers, challenge limiting beliefs, and evaluate old habits and patterns. Together, we'll set goals and experiment with new habits to make positive changes.

  • As the client, you determine the pace that suits you best. Whether it's weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, sessions will be conducted via Zoom, with flexibility in appointment scheduling. While standard sessions are 50 minutes, you can opt for a shorter 25-minute check-in if more frequent meetings are better for consistency and accountability. I appreciate 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

  • The number of sessions is entirely personalized based on your unique path, goals, and circumstances. Some clients seek ongoing support, especially when adjusting to a new medical diagnosis or managing physician-prescribed changes, requiring several months to establish a comfortable routine. Others may engage in a few sessions initially and return periodically. It's entirely your choice, one session at a time.

  • In essence, therapy delves into the past to aid clients in coping with the present, while coaching builds upon the present to help create a new future.

  • While your doctor may suggest lifestyle changes, the limited time during medical appointments often hinders in-depth discussions and ongoing support. This is where coaching becomes invaluable. We focus on igniting your motivation and desire, assisting you in implementing small yet impactful changes for long-term health benefits. Let's explore what the future holds and what you aspire to create.

  • I've regained the confidence I was lacking to live the life I've dreamed of and get unstuck from my habitual negative way of thinking. Lori helped me clarify my values and embrace the qualities that God gave me.

    Lori helped me get started on my "mindset" journey. One of the most important things I learned is regarding feelings and emotions. If we define them as something we use to validate our thinking, it is easy to see that mindset changes precede our emotional changes or reactions. It is so freeing for me to focus on thoughts and not immediately go to feelings, which has been my typical pattern for most of my life.

    She gave me the gift of her undivided attention during our sessions which is a rare and wonderful thing.
